At Dur1 Health, we believe long-term health and fitness cannot be achieved by treating symptoms in isolation. Pain, weakness, recurring injuries, and movement limitations are often the result of underlying postural imbalances, compensation patterns, and unresolved stress within the body.
That’s why we integrate fitness training and therapeutic care under one roof. Our team combines posture-focused personal training, massage therapy, acupuncture, physiotherapy, and corrective exercise to address both the cause of discomfort and the systems that support recovery and performance.
With over 23 years of clinical and training experience, we have worked with individuals managing chronic pain, joint and spinal issues, sports injuries, post-rehabilitation conditions, and age-related movement decline. Every client begins with a careful assessment to understand their physical condition, movement patterns, injury history, and recovery stage before any plan is created.
Unlike generic gym programs or isolated treatments, our approach is individualized and progressive. Fitness clients are continuously monitored for injury risk or existing conditions, while therapy patients receive guidance on safe and effective exercise to maintain results long-term. Once pain is under control, remedial and corrective exercise plays a central role in restoring balance, strength, and mobility.
